GladIIIator

Can you put the '"Glad" in "GladIIIator? This gamejam game is a 'vertical slice' of an aggressively free-to-play MMO Boss Fight where you, as the gladiator, fight Bossius Maximus, and you, as the player, try to fight predatory monetization and other meta sabotage. It also poses a very important question: what if you add a dash of capitalism to the Roman Empire? Find out in GladIIIator!

Made during the Coffee Stain 2025 Game Jam.

HOW TO PLAY:

- CONTROLS

You will automatically throw rocks at Bossius Maximus, so you'll only need to be concerned with avoiding the brute's attacks.

Use WASD to move, and Space to dodge.

- PICKUPS

There will periodically be picks that spawn in the arena. These will grant you benefits, but are only there for a short time, so grab them before they disappear!
